refunds & returns

Each Atelier Erpé artwork is created, produced, and finished on demand. Because every piece is custom-made specifically for each order, all purchases are considered final.

For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact Atelier Erpé within 48 hours of delivery at info@atelier-erpe.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation.

Slight variations in color, texture, reflection, or finish are part of the handmade and unique nature of each artwork and are not considered defects.
Before placing an order, we encourage you to carefully review the artwork details and measurements.
